April 15, 9:00 EST: Well-Adjusted. We're all just trying to adjust right? In this episode Dave and Jack will teach you the basics of adjusting acid and sweetness by creating 3 yummy cocktails. Your kit will include all the non alcoholic items you need to create inventive spins on the cosmo, the sour and the daiquiri. Plus a refractometer and a graduated cylinder to up your gadget game! Alcohol: vodka (preferably Absolut), aquavit (preferably Linie), white rum (preferably Flor de Cana).
May 4, 9:00 EST: Not Not a Margarita. Ever find yourself hankering for something that's not a Margarita but also not, not? In this class Dave and Jack will walk you through three creative Margarita, and Margarita-adjacent cocktails, including a spiffy at home version of the nitro muddle. All just in time to celebrate Cinco de Mayo. Alcohol: tequila (preferably Altos Blanco), Cointreau.
June 3, 9:00 EST: A Better Blend. Whip out your blender and get ready to have some fun! In this class Jack and Dave will help you to create three deliciously surprising blended cocktails to rival the pros. Alcohol: white rum (preferably Flor de Cana), gin (preferably Tanqueray), sweet vermouth (preferably Dolin Rouge), Campari.
July 1, 9:00 EST: Bubble-matic for the People. Fizz! Bubble! Toil and trouble! Who doesn't have strong feelings about how they like their bubbles these days? In this episode we will explore different methods of carbonation and how they show up in different cocktail concoctions. Like science class, but with alcohol. Alcohol: champagne or cava of choice, white rum (preferably Flor de Cana), gin (preferably Tanqueray).
August 5, 9:00 EST: What to Drink When You're Not Drinking. ALCOHOL OPTIONAL! Jack and Dave will teach you how to create 3 top of the line low and/or NO alcohol libations, using a variety of unique ingredients and innovative techniques. Optional alcohol mixers TBD.
