High Bar’s beloved Jack Schramm returns with another interactive cocktail show!
Each episode of Guest Shift features a new guest host, selected from among the best bartenders and cocktail creators in the country. Each host guides the audience in making three cocktails: their signature, one classic, and one surprise.
Jack Schramm is a butcher-turned-barista-turned-cocktail professional at the highest level. Until Covid put the NYC bar scene through the ringer, he was head bartender at Greenwich Village's beloved high-concept cocktail spot Existing Conditions. These days, Jack is a full time internet bartender with a sideline running his jello shot startup, Solid Wiggles. Jack is a master of the scientific side of cocktail making.
