High Bar’s beloved Jack Schramm returns with another interactive cocktail show!
Each episode of Guest Shift features a new guest host, selected from among the best bartenders and cocktail creators in the country. Each host guides the audience in making three cocktails: their signature, one classic, and one surprise.
Jack Schramm is a butcher-turned-barista-turned-cocktail professional at the highest level. Until Covid put the NYC bar scene through the ringer, he was head bartender at Greenwich Village's beloved high-concept cocktail spot Existing Conditions. These days, Jack is a full time internet bartender with a sideline running his jello shot startup, Solid Wiggles. Jack is a master of the scientific side of cocktail making.
We send you a kit with all the nonalcoholic ingredients you'll need. Unlike other online events, we take care of all the hard work for you.
After the show, we send you an email with recipes for the cocktails covered in that episode.
You can purchase each week's recommended spirit yourself, or Gush can handle that for you. Alcohol is shipped by partner liquor stores; additional charge applies.
Equipment kit (optional)
We can send you everything you'll need to make top-notch cocktails at home: jiggers, large-format ice cube molds, a pair of shaking tins, and a Hawthorne strainer. Additional charge applies.
